Issey is totally magical. I came with mild scoliosis in my spine and chronic pain. I have had 3 sessions of MFR so far with exercises to continue at home. She has released such trauma in my body that I'm starting to feel straighter and more capable. The pain has also ebbed away, some days I have none at all and the days when I have it, I can manage it much better.
