My Journey into Health & Wellbeing
Let me tell you a bit about my journey into complimentary therapy and how my passion for our incredible human body began.
I played lots of cricketer.
Regular Deep Tissue, Sports Massage Therapy and Bodywork sessions maintained and fixed my troublesome lower back. MOT style treatments kept my body, muscles and fascia functioning to their best.
It was the holistic package surrounding me; positive thinking, positive movement and complimentary therapies that made me play and be the best I could be.
As a result these different aspects gave me a grounding into what makes us flourish and consequently represent my ethos in Massage Therapy & Bodywork – the focus is on your holistic framework.
I am super passionate about the fascia – currently I am studying for my Advanced Integrated Myofascial Release Diploma.
Our anatomy, our mind, our ability to move freely and all the aspects necessary to bring about tip top health fascinate me.
My bike, dog walks, yoga and fitness are a big part of my life, and regular massage treatments are scheduled in often to keep my mind, muscles and fascia happy.
I have previously worked closely along side Chiropractors in Bristol and have since built my own practice, I currently practice from Bristol City Yoga.
Alongside my Massage & Bodywork Therapy business I build “Handkrafted Campers” and transform vans into cosy, wooden, rustic homes on wheels.
I love to work with my hands, each Massage & Bodywork session will be creative and carried out to your spec!
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and working with you to restore your body back to a healthy, pain-free state.
